The B Line gladly accepts the return and exchange of unworn, unwashed, resellable or defective merchandise purchased with the original receipt and tags attached and must be received to The B Line within 25 days of the actual purchase date. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing on all orders. If an order is placed after 5pm it will be shipped the next business day. All clearance items are a final sale. We do not process orders on weekends or major holidays.
RETURN/EXCHANGE Due to the limited quantities of merchandise, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available. To exchange an item we suggest you simply return the unwanted item(s), and then immediately place a new order on our website for the item(s) you desire. We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All items must be returned in its original condition, to ensure full credit. Send the return package to the exact address below.

We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return or any insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS $26.95 flat rate for Canada and Mexico
$45 flat rate for all other international orders. Expect 8-12 days minimum for merchandise to be received by the customer. WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!
All merchandise is inspected prior to shipment. We take pride in our inspection process and do our best to ensure that all orders are correct and that all merchandise is free of defects. If you are not satisfied with an item you may return or exchange it following our store policy.
